In addition to his role at CDI Energy, Darryl is also a Non-Executive Director with the Electrical & Communications Association and valued Board Member at the Electrotechnology Training Institute, a not-for-profit charity dedicated to enhancing the electrical industry through advocacy, representation, education and training.

Steven, is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of leadership in the energy sector, spanning renewables, asset management, joint ventures, operations, and business development. 

With a proven track record in project execution, commercial strategy, and operational excellence, he has led both blue-chip operators and independent explorers, driving growth and innovation across the industry.

Rob is the Executive Chairman of Westland Group Holdings Pty Ltd, where he provides strategic leadership across mining, agribusiness, biotechnology, and venture capital. 

A distinguished industry leader, he previously served as President of the Federation of Building Societies of WA and he has played a pivotal role in shaping Western Australia’s housing sector through his contributions to various government advisory committees. 

With an extensive directorial portfolio spanning multiple listed entities, including 20+ years as a director of Cedar Woods Properties Limited, Rob brings a wealth of expertise, governance acumen, and strategic foresight to the board.

With a background in transport & logistics, Jeannette has been with CDI Energy for 6 years and is the first point of contact for our clients and customers. 

Also known as “Naneee B”, Jeannette plays a critical role at CDI Energy and works hard to ensure the organisation runs smoothly by maintaining and organising company records, managing incoming correspondence, procurement support, data entry, inventory management and so much more.

As Finance Manager at CDI Energy, Nikhil is a highly accomplished and goal-driven accountant with a proven track record in financial management and strategic oversight. He is responsible for a broad spectrum of critical financial functions, including payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, audits, journal management, expenditures, and payments.

A detail-oriented and results-focused professional, Nikhil brings exceptional organisational skills and analytical expertise to optimise financial operations. His collaborative approach and commitment to excellence make him a highly valued asset to CDI Energy, where he plays a key role in driving financial efficiency and business success.

Dan is a highly skilled Project Coordinator at CDI Energy, overseeing the planning and execution of hybrid power system upgrades and installations across multiple remote sites in Western Australia’s telecommunications network. With extensive experience in the electrical industry, he ensures seamless project delivery through strategic planning, operational efficiency, and technical expertise.

Beyond his role at CDI Energy, Dan serves as a Non-Executive Director (Treasurer) at ECA WA, the largest membership organisation for electrical apprentices, workers, and businesses in Western Australia. Dan’s leadership and financial acumen contribute to the growth and development of the industry, reinforcing his reputation as a trusted professional in the energy and electrical sectors.

With over six years of experience in the renewable energy sector, Davy is a highly skilled and results-oriented Electrical Engineer with expertise in project management, quality management, and process optimisation. Committed to driving operational excellence, he applies strategic thinking and technical proficiency to enhance efficiency and reliability in energy systems.

Passionate about innovation and continuous improvement, Davy excels in dynamic, cross-functional environments, working closely with engineers, technicians, and contractors to implement industry best practices. Ahmed is a dynamic Mechanical Project Engineer specializing in renewable energy projects. At CDI Energy, he leverages his expertise in mechanical systems, project execution, and maintenance engineering to drive innovation and efficiency. 

A certified Professional Engineer (PE) with Engineers Australia, he holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and is highly skilled in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Mechanical 2D/3D Modelling, ANSYS, and MicroStation.
